About Us

Landlords Lee and Graham

We have both been students at Chester University and we are aware of the pitfalls of renting property. We both experienced difficulties with awkward landlords who only seemed interested in collecting the rent. We decided we didn’t want to be this type of landlord. We are approachable and flexible landlords, if there is a request that you have we will always try and accommodate to make your stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible.

We both have a background in fine art and design and we wanted to bring these skills to our properties. Design is key to all of our properties; we provide carefully thought out living spaces, clever use of lighting to make the space more inviting and colour schemes that make a statement.

We are members of the National Residential Landlords Association and also work closely with Cheshire Council to ensure our properties meet all the required standards.

Our Team

We have a reliable team of joiners, electricians, plumbers and heating engineers that are always on hand to ensure a speedy response to any problems that may arise. We are always on the end of the phone and can usually arrive at the property very quickly, even at the weekend. In choosing us, you get the personal service. We always strive to build a good relationship with all of our tenants.
